Nar-Ouse Regeneration
Jex Plant Ltd has been contracted to the Nar Ouse Regeneration scheme to carry out the site clearance works and the supply of skilled and semi skilled labour.
Stage 1 of the project was originally awarded to Birse Civils Ltd in May 2003, the contract for the project was the EEC option C for both stages 1 & 2. Because of the nature of the stage 1 works we required a local ‘user friendly’ subcontractor who could adapt and supply to our ever increasing requiremnets and would endeavour to carry out our works both timely and conscientiously.
Stage 2 of the project was eventually awarded in March 2004, from this date we have looked at Jex Plant Ltd to both supply a consistant level of skilled labour but also to provide a fill-in between larger subcontract packages.
I would therefore have no hesitation in giving my recommendation for Jex Plant Ltd to both internal and external companies.
