Norfolk Broards
Edmund Nuttall are currently undertaking work on the Norfolk broads as part of Broadlands Environmental Services Ltd.
We have been working closely with Jex Plant Ltd now for several years and are very happy with the service they provide us.
A lot of our work proves to be very complicated as we often work on SSSI’s and other areas of natural beauty or importance. We work in a medium sized team but are often spread very thinly over a large area and are very much in the public eye.
We owe a lot to Jex Plant Ltd for the success of our operations. They are a very helpful company who always comply with our requirements including biodegradable oil on all plant. Their operatives are experienced and competent at their jobs and their service in terms of repairing and maintaining their plant is good too
as we often have plant in remote locations which can prove difficult to work on.
I have attached a few pictures showing some of their machines we have on hire from them. They show a 20t 0 tail swing excavator being used for erosion protection on a barge, an 8t excavator being used to profile a flood bank and some pictures of their operatives work including a fully profiled flood bank and
a footpath incorporating plastic piled retaining flood barrier.
I would not hesitate in recommending Jex Plant for any further work.
